Wedding DJs: Must-Have Members to Make Your Day Special

Any wedding reception goes incomplete without the presence of an entertaining disc jockey or DJ. Wedding DJs are most in demand nowadays as they make the atmosphere electrifying. However, you need to provide an ideal platform for your DJ to perform. Once you hire wedding DJ, you have to make a detailed discussion with your disc jockey about his requirements. You can then communicate the requirements to the reception hall owner. There must not be any ambiguity regarding the needs of DJ, so that you can make your occasion exceedingly pulsating and impressive.

It is a good idea to ask the disc jockey how much equipment he will carry with him and how many electrical outlets and plugs he will require. You must also be sure of the space the DJ will require to install the equipment.

You must carefully plan all the events that are part of your wedding reception before you hire wedding DJ. It helps you make out how long you can continue to use the reception hall and your individual likings. The majority of wedding DJs begin their proceedings with an introductory song for the bride and groom. You must decide this song beforehand and instruct your DJ to include it in his setup. You must also specify other songs that will be played at the time of conventional reception events such as a benediction, toasting time, first dance, the father and daughter dance, etc.

Put into writing a comprehensive play list of songs, including the songs to be played at the time of pre-planned events. You should then hand over the play list to your wedding DJs for an uninterrupted performance. Specific guidelines must also be given to the DJs regarding the songs not to be played on the occasion at any cost.

Discuss with the disc jockey about the kind of costume you need at the wedding party. A notable part of the entire preparation could be supplying the DJ with any theme outfit and beautifying the DJ area and table in sync with that.
